Taxes

There will be no property tax increases from the City of West Chicago.

Development

I will continue to attract responsible commercial development that improves our tax base, enhances our property values, and provides needed shopping opportunities.

Families

I will maintain a strong law enforcement presence to provide a safe environment for us to live and raise our families.

Communication

I will enhance the lines of communication between the residents and City Hall by making myself, as well as key staff members, readily available to listen to you and work on any problems you might have. Furthermore, I promise that you will get action on our part to any problem or issue you bring forward.

Relationships

The new philosophy at City Hall is that our citizens are our customers and you shall be treated with respect. City Hall works for YOU!

Neighborhoods

I will increase and improve City code enforcement efforts to deal with such problems as overcrowding and all other code violations that affect our quality of life.
